Exercise your data rights

Use this form to send us a GDPR rights request. We acknowledge within 5 business days and respond within one month (extendable to three for complex requests). There is no charge unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (Art. 12(5) GDPR).

Sending this form will open your email client with a pre-filled message to our privacy inbox. We use email so we can verify your identity reliably and keep an audit trail of the request, as required by Art. 12 GDPR.

What we may ask for

To prevent disclosure to the wrong person we may ask you to confirm an action from the email address on your account, or to provide a proof of identity proportionate to the sensitivity of the request (Art. 12(6) GDPR).

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or your local EU/EEA authority.
